Trade Fixtures

Personal property placed in, or affixed to, the premises leased by a tenant that is used in connection with the tenant's business operations at the leased premises. It is common for a tenant to remove its trade fixtures before the expiration of the lease and the surrender of the leased premises to the landlord.
Trade fixtures can include:
  • Refrigerators.
  • Stoves.
  • Counters.
  • Displays.
  • Signs.
