This article focuses on the case management changes being brought in by the 60th CPR update (the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2013 and accompanying practice direction making document), which implements Lord Justice Jackson's recommendations for reform, and which will come into force on 1 April 2013. The article also considers the latest position regarding the introduction of a national single county court.
