On 20 December 2012, Denmark notified the European Commission of its decision to implement Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters. This Regulation recasts Council Regulation (EC) 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 (Brussels I Regulation).
