Federal Circuit

Federal Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit posted an announcement that the maximum file size limitation has been increased from 20 megabytes to 60 megabytes per document upload.

First Circuit

District of Maine

The US District Court for the District of Maine updated its local rules, effective April 1, 2013. The new local rules include amendments to Local Rule 67 regarding deposit of funds in interest-bearing accounts. The old local rules are available here.

District of Rhode Island

The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island posted a notice on letters regarding sentencing.

Northern District of New York

The US District Court for the Northern District of New York posted a new fee schedule. The old local fee schedule is available here.

Eastern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas posted a new general order regarding assignment of civil and criminal actions.

Southern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Southern District of Texas added new copy and search request forms for each of the court's divisions.
Judge Kenneth M. Hoyt removed his Galveston Division procedures and updated his Houston Division procedures. The judge's old Houston Division procedures are available here.

Sixth Circuit

Western District of Kentucky

The US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky posted a new miscellaneous fee schedule, effective May 1, 2013.

Northern District of Ohio

The US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio added a general order regarding the docket of Judge David A. Katz.

Eighth Circuit

Eastern District of Arkansas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas revised its fee schedule.

District of Minnesota

The US District Court for the District of Minnesota added a new attorney registration form for N-Z attorneys who have not yet re-registered.

District of Nebraska

The US District Court for the District of Nebraska posted a new miscellaneous fee schedule, effective May 1, 2013.

District of South Dakota

The US District Court for the District of South Dakota updated its pro hac vice form.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

Judge Jesus G. Bernal relocated back to the George E. Brown, Jr. Federal Building and US Courthouse at 3470 Twelfth Street, Riverside, CA 92501-3801.

The US District Court for the Southern District of Florida announced a new $50 general administrative fee for filing a civil action, suit, or proceeding in a district court, effective May 1, 2013.
