This Practice Note discusses how a buyer (or acquiring ultimate parent entity (UPE)) should list its associates' minority holdings in Item 6(c)(ii), identify associate overlaps with the target (acquired UPE or acquired entity) in Item 7(b)(ii), and provide geographic market information for associates in Item 7(d).
