Northern District of New York

The US District Court for the Northern District of New York posted a general order regarding e-service in habeas cases.

Southern District of New York

Middle District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania posted a new standing order regarding the court's Forfeiture of Collateral Schedule.

Fourth Circuit

District of Maryland

The US District Court for the District of Maryland issued a standing order regarding the referral of Social Security administrative appeals.

Seventh Circuit

Central District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Central District of Illinois updated its Local Criminal Rules. The old rules are available here.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

The US District Court for the Central District of California updated its Schedule of Fees.

Northern District of California

Judge Richard Seeborg updated his Guidelines for Final Pretrial Conference in Bench Trials. The former version of these guidelines is available here. The judge also updated his Guidelines for Pretrial Conference in Jury Cases. The former version of these guidelines is available here.

District of Montana

The US District Court for the District of Montana issued an order regarding the reassignment of criminal matters in the Billings Division. The court also issued an order regarding the reassignment of probation revocations in the Billings Division.

District of Oregon

The US District Court for the District of Oregon made an announcement that as of June 15, 2013, attorney applications for admission to the court must be submitted online using the Request to Seek Admission form posted on the court's site.

Eastern District of Washington

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Washington announced that civil cases must be initiated electronically as of July 1, 2013. The court has posted instructions for commencing an action electronically.
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Washington has also posted a standing order regarding pleadings including Doe defendants.

Tenth Circuit

District of Kansas

The US District Court for the District of Kansas announced that its 2013-2014 Attorney Annual Renewal Drive is now open. Counsel should use the Online Attorney Renewal System (OARS) to complete their renewals by July 1, 2013.

Eleventh Circuit

Northern District of Alabama

The US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama updated its CM/ECF Administrative Procedures for Civil Cases. The previous version of these Administrative Procedures is available here. The court also updated its CM/ECF Administrative Procedures for Criminal Cases.

Middle District of Florida

Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington updated her Pretrial Procedures.
Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. added a Case Management Report in Patent Cases.
