In September 2013, ISDA published its 2013 Arbitration Guide, as well as an extension agreement to its March 2013 Dodd-Frank Protocol agreement and a cross-border swaps representation letter for US banks. It also issued an announcement relating to the actions of its EMEA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee.
