These clauses are based on the model clauses provided by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) (also known as the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC)) Mediation Centre, which is affiliated with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
