Information Tribunal orders ICO to disclose names of journalists in its "What price privacy" report | Practical Law

The First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has ordered the Information Commissioner's Office to disclose the names of the journalists (referred to in its "What price privacy" report) who had instructed private investigators involved in the illegal trade of personal information, finding that it was not exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
