Certificate of Readiness
Also known as a statement of readiness. A form that is filed in New York state courts and served on all parties confirming that all necessary discovery proceedings have been completed and the case is trial ready. The certificate of readiness must be filed and served with the note of issue (see CPLR 3402(a)) and conform to the requirements of 22 NYCRR § 202.21.
