A standard set of terms and conditions for a China-based purchaser to use in conjunction with purchase orders when contracting to buy IT equipment from a foreign (that is, non-Chinese) supplier, drafted from the purchaser's perspective.

This Standard Document has been adapted from the English law Standard Document, Conditions for the purchase of IT equipment (pro-customer) for use in China transactions and has been drafted to be usable in contracts governed by the laws of China. With minor tailoring it can also be used in contracts governed by the law of another jurisdiction. If the governing law is of a jurisdiction other than China, ensure that the contract has been reviewed by locally-qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction before using this contract.
