This practice note considers a number of issues relevant to experts' reports and discussions. The issues include: the form and content of the report, considerations on receipt of the draft report, service of reports, questions to experts and supplementary reports. It also addresses the timing and purpose of experts' discussions, whether those discussions are mandatory and who should attend them. Issues concerning the joint statement are also considered.
