The China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) has made an announcement regarding the re-structuring of the Shanghai and South China/Shenzhen sub-commissions, on the same day as a Shanghai court issued a ruling on an arbitration agreement referring disputes to CIETAC Shanghai sub-commission.
