This is a Standard Document for the consolidated list of largest unsecured creditors that must be filed with a Chapter 11 petition under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure (FRBP) Rule 1007(d). The list is used by the United States Trustee to identify potential members for a Creditors' Committee and for providing notice to the largest holders of unsecured claims until a Committee can be formed.
