Second Circuit

Southern District of New York

Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals

The US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit revised its local rules to incorporate changes to Rule 34.7. A copy of the order adopting the changes is available here.

Middle District of Louisiana

Eastern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued General Order 15-12 amending the local rules. While the court is accepting public commentary through May 29, 2015, the rule amendments are effective immediately unless otherwise noted in the general order.

Northern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Northern District of Texas updated its judges’ copy requirements for electronic filing.

Southern District of Texas
