On 1 June 2015 the vast majority of the Companies Act (CA 2014) came into force in Ireland, consolidating and reforming Irish company law. This article outlines some of the changes introduced by CA 2014 to the Irish insolvency regime, including those changes affecting receiverships, examinerships and liquidations.
