The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Authority of the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno (SAROA) and Special Zones for Social Market Economy (ZEESM) Timor-Leste (SAROA-ZEESM TL), formalising a collaboration under which SIAC will provide dispute resolution services for SAROA-ZEESM TL in relation to contracts between SAROA-ZEESM TL and private sector firms, investors and service providers. The MOU aims to strengthen investor confidence in the region.

The United States and Argentina have signed a bilateral Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA). The TIFA is intended to create a forum for both states to engage in areas such as market access, intellectual property rights protection, and cooperation on shared objectives in the World Trade Organization and other multilateral fora.
