The Town and Country Planning (Referrals and Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 2003; the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement Notices and Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2003, and the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement) (Written Representations Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 2003.
The National Assembly for Wales has made the above regulations that will come into force on 1 April 2003. They relate to the procedure and time limits for referrals and appeals and the procedure in relation to enforcement notices and appeals in Wales.
