Prospectus Directive Regulation (EC) 809/2004

Comission Regulation (EC) No 809/2004 implementing the Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC as regards information contained in prospectuses as well as the format, incorporation by reference and publication of such prospectuses and dissemination of advertisements.

The Prospectus Directive Regulation was repealed on 21 July 2019 by the Commission Delegated Regulation supplementing the Prospectus Regulation as regards the format, content, scrutiny and approval of the prospectus (EU) 2019/980 (the EU Prospectus Delegated Regulation).

The Prospectus Directive Regulation specified details of the form and content of a prospectus as required by the Prospectus Directive.
