The Prospectus Directive Regulation was repealed on 21 July 2019 by the
Commission Delegated Regulation supplementing the Prospectus Regulation as regards the format, content, scrutiny and approval of the prospectus (EU) 2019/980
(the EU Prospectus Delegated Regulation).
