Commission adopts revised Leniency Notice | Practical Law

On 7 December 2006, the European Commission announced that it has adopted a revised Notice on immunity from fines and reduction of fines in cartel cases (the revised Leniency Notice). The revised Leniency Notice applies to new cases from 8 December 2006, when it was published in the Official Journal (OJ 2006 C298/17).
