Federal Appeals Court upholds FTC's decision against CB&I | Practical Law
On 25 January 2008, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit upheld the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) administrative finding that Chicago Bridge & Iron Company's (CB&I) 2001 acquisition of certain Pitt-Des Moines, Inc. (PDM) assets violated section 7 of the Clayton Act and section 5 of the FTC Act.
