The Government has published a Green Paper, Preparing Britain for the future: the Government's draft legislative programme 2008-09 (the DLP) which sets out the Government's plans for legislation over the next year's Parliamentary session. The DLP aims to increase public awareness of, and involvement in, the law-making process.

A number of Bills are included in the DLP that are of relevance to property practitioners.
