Deed of easement (right of way)

This deed of easement grants a right of way.

It is assumed that:

  • The grantor owns the freehold interest in the servient property and the grantee owns the freehold interest in the dominant property.
  • The grantor's title to the servient property and the grantee's title to the dominant property are each registered at HM Land Registry.
  • The grant of the easement is in consideration of the payment of a capital sum by the grantee.
