Following the recent publication of a large number of sector-specific definition documents relating to model publication schemes under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (see Legal update, ICO adds more sector-specific documents to model publication scheme), the Information Commissioner's Office has published definition documents for community health councils, health and social services councils and Northern Irish education and library boards.
