Professional consultant's letter of appointment

A letter appointing a professional consultant on a construction project. A short form of appointment, suitable for use where the professional consultant's services are straightforward or of low value.

For example, the letter could be used to appoint an architect, structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineer (also known as a services engineer), project manager or other professional.
