Descriptive document

Guidelines for preparing a descriptive document setting out the background to a procurement project. The document generally accompanies an invitation to participate in a dialogue. This document includes integrated drafting notes for use alongside the descriptive document, which may be issued along with an invitation to participate in a dialogue.
