Prospectus Directive exemption for share schemes extended to all European companies and to non-European companies on equivalent markets | Practical Law

The EU Prospectus Directive is amended from 31 December 2010 and EEA member states will need to amend their domestic law accordingly by 1 July 2012. The amendments include significant changes to the exemption from prospectus obligations for employee share schemes.
