Dr Mike Weightman, Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Nuclear Installations and executive head of the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) published an interim report on the events at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear site and the implications for the UK nuclear industry. The final report is due in September 2011.
