An update on the SEC's readoption of portions of Rules 13d-3 and 16a-1 under the Exchange Act. The readoption will ensure that current beneficial ownership reporting requirements for security-based swaps will not be changed by Section 13(o) of the Exchange Act, which was added by the Dodd-Frank Act. The readoption of the rules and new Section 13(o) will take effect on July 16, 2011.
