PLC Arbitration has reviewed and amended over 60 resources to reflect the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) revised Rules of Arbitration 2012 (ICC Rules 2012), which will come into force on 1 January 2012 (see Legal update, ICC Rules of Arbitration 2012 launched). Subscribers can check and monitor all amendments have been made to our resources by clicking on the resource history (found on the top right hand side of our materials).
In addition, we are currently working on a step-by-step guide and an accompanying flowchart, to show all the stages of an ICC arbitration under the ICC Rules 2012.
Subscribers may be interested to note that on 29 November 2011, the ICC will be hosting ICC Rules of Arbitration: UK Launch Event, in London. The event will provide an insight into the ICC Rules 2012 and explain the reasoning for the changes. For further details, see Article, Forthcoming events: international arbitration.
