The Agriculture and Fisheries Council on 14 November 2011 adopted a Regulation amending Regulation (EC) 521/2008 setting up the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking in order to facilitate research actions and make it easier to increase funding levels for the project.
