The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has published a decision notice, dated 29 May 2012, overruling the FSA's decision to withhold disclosure under section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 of the names of certain life companies referred to in the Parliamentary Ombudsman's report on Equitable Life published in 2008.
