We have published a practice note which set outs the background, scope and procedural rules of the Family Law Arbitration Scheme, launched in February 2012.
We have published Practice note, Family law arbitration, authored by Suzanne Kingston and Victoria Nottage at Withers LLP. On 22 February 2012, the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators (IFLA) launched the Family Law Arbitration Scheme, to provide arbitration for family law disputes. This note provides an outline of the background to the scheme, its scope and procedural rules.
