New York's minimum wage will be $8.00 per hour on and after December 31, 2013, $8.75 per hour on and after December 31, 2014 and $9.00 per hour on and after December 31, 2015. The minimum wage requirements for tipped employees remains unchanged, pending any changes to the New York State Department of Labor's Wage Orders.
