This Article examines the potential hazards litigants may face by relying solely on a vendor to fulfill their discovery obligations under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (FRCP) 34 and provides tips on how litigants and their counsel can use vendors to improve e-discovery efficiency while avoiding discovery sanctions.
