A Standard Document counsel can send a client (buyer or seller) to gather information needed to complete a preliminary antitrust risk assessment of a proposed transaction in the manufacturing industry. This Standard Document may also be used to gather information to respond to a reviewing antitrust agency's voluntary request letter, also known as an access letter, issued during the initial Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act waiting period. This Standard Document can be used in conjunction with or in preparation for client interviews.
