ISDA and FOA have published the Client Cleared OTC Derivatives Addendum; a template for clearing members and their customers to use in connection with cleared over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives transactions.

NOTE 1: On 5 July 2013, ISDA published a form of Paragraph 11 (Elections and variables) to the English law Credit Support Annex for use in conjunction with the Addendum. It also updated the Addendum to add an additional option in the CSA Elections Table in relation to Valuation Timing, and to correct some minor typographical errors.

NOTE 2: On 22 July 2014, ISDA updated the form of Paragraph 11 to align the definition of Exposure with that provided in the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement Protocol and to correct some minor cross-referencing and typographical errors.

NOTE 3: On 9 June 2015, ISDA updated the form of Paragraph 11 of the ISDA English law Credit Support Annex to correct minor typographical errors. It also updated the form of Addendum to cater for market participants intending to use a form of Paragraph 13 to the ISDA New York law Credit Support Annex.
