This comparison document shows, in a detailed in-line mark up, the amendments proposed to be made to Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings (Insolvency Regulation) by the proposed Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings, as published on 12 December 2012 (Amending Regulation).
