The US District Court for the Western District of New York has issued final Local Patent Rules that took effect January 1, 2014.
On January 21, 2014, the US District Court for the Western District of New York adopted final Local Patent Rules that apply to cases alleging patent infringement, invalidity or unenforceability, including declaratory judgment actions.
