High Court refuses to intervene in contract termination in proceedings under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations | Practical Law

In Fibria Celulose S/A v Pan Ocean Co. Ltd [2014] EWHC 2124 (Ch) the High Court considered whether it could restrain the service of a contractual termination notice in proceedings brought in respect of a contract made under English law between parties where the termination notice was proposed to be served on a Korean company whose insolvency proceedings had been recognised under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006.
