The First tier Tribunal (Information Rights) in Royal Borough of Greenwich v Information Commissioner EA/2014/0122 has held in that the London Borough of Greenwich was required to disclose information concerning the development of the Greenwich Peninsula under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (SI 2004/3391).
