In Union Marine Classification Services LLC v The Government of the Union of Comoros [2015] EWHC 508 (Comm), the English Commercial Court considered a challenge, under section 67 of the English Arbitration Act 1996, to an award that had been corrected under section 57 of the Arbitration Act 1996.
