On 10 March 2016, Practical Law hosted the 5th Annual Knowledge Management Forum in London. More than 120 delegates including heads, managers and senior members of the knowledge teams from leading law firms and in-house organisations, attended to discuss best practices in organizing the Knowledge Management (KM) function across law firms and in-house organisations, its impact on business goals and strategies and the need to realign KM with clients’ needs. This update highlights some of the key themes that emerged at the forum.
