Consultation on section 68 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has announced a consultation on the proposed repeal of section 68 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, which deals with vehicular access over common and other land.
