Performance share plan (PSP)

Sometimes known as a long term incentive plan or LTIP. A type of long term incentive in which participants are allocated shares or, more commonly, rights to acquire shares, the vesting of which is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions typically measured over a period of at least three years.
