The Court of Appeal in Saggar v Ministry of Defence has held that, when deciding whether an employee was "employed at an establishment in Great Britain" for the purposes of a discrimination claim, tribunals should look at the whole period of employment, not just the period during which the allegedly discriminatory acts took place.
