In Taylor v Dumfries and Galloway Citizens Advice Services the Inner House of the Court of Session considered the amount of compensation due to an employee who had suffered disability discrimination in relation to an offer of alternative employment as part of a redundancy exercise that ultimately led to his dismissal.
