The Equality Act 2006 (Termination of Appointments) Order 2007
provides that the appointments of the Transition Commissioners (appointed to the CEHR under section 41(3) of the Equality Act 2006) will terminate on 30 September 2009.
The Equality Act 2006 (Commencement No.3 and Savings) Order 2007
