This Checklist outlines the documents that must be prepared and filed and steps that must be taken by a company requesting confidential treatment of information contained in a response letter to or otherwise requested by the SEC. This Checklist applies to confidential treatment requests under Rule 83 of the SEC's Rules of Practice. It does not apply to other confidential treatment procedures.
